Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers with queries and advising on products
- Liaising with the production planner on stock availability
- Communicating professionally with customers through all methods
- Working with transport to ensure outgoing loads are at maximum capacity
- Advising customers of current offers and promotions with a view to increase sales
- Contacting customers to advise on ETA's and any delays
- Processing orders through the system ensuring accurate data input
- Dealing with customers to understand and resolve discrepancies
Required Skills & Experience:
- IT literate
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide a high standard of customer service
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
