The Role of an Mobile Branch Colleague
As an Mobile Branch Colleague you will develop strong customer relationships in your/multiple store's offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors.

What do you need to succeed as an Mobile Branch Colleague?
- Committed to delivering exceptional communication, customer service and eager to assist
- Proficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proactive and positive outlook and solution driven.
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertise
- Hold a valid driver's license (You will operate a van.)
What does the Mobile Branch Colleague role involve?
- Covering multiple locations, you will drive the strategy at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and customer loyalty
- Running the HSS dedicated area within our partnering Builder's Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/crossselling where you can
- Building and maintaining the relationships with the customers to ensure we keep their repeat business.
- Supporting key sales initiatives and strategy to hit branch KPIs and ensure we're being innovative and forwardthinking in our approach.
Similar Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 7:30am - 17:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
(with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked).
