- Manage Team Absences and Deployment: You will be responsible for managing team absences and deployment, ensuring that the branch is adequately staffed at all times.
- Support Regional Teams: You will be responsible for supporting regional teams with recruitment, providing guidance and support to ensure that the right candidates are selected for the role.

- Commercial Approach: You will have a commercial approach, able to drive sales and maximise margins while ensuring that our customers always walk away happy.
- Good Organisational Skills: You will have good organisational skills, able to manage a branch effectively and ensure that the branch is running efficiently.
- Strong Management Skills: You will have strong management skills, able to lead a team and make decisions that benefit the business.
- Full and Valid Driving License: You will have a full and valid driving license, essential for the role.
- Competitive Salary: You will be rewarded with a very competitive basic salary of £33,415 per year.
- Excellent Bonus Scheme: You will be eligible for an excellent monthly bonus scheme, which added to your salary would be up to £43,399 per year.
- 25 Days Holiday: You will be entitled to 25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays - normally 33 days in total each year.
