Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner, both facetoface and over the phone.
  • Raise orders for customers and assist in managing the order process.
  • Complete job sheets for the workshop foreman, booking jobs in and closing them off upon completion.
  • Manage customers coming into reception, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service.
  • Undertake general admin duties as required to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to deal with customers facetoface and over the phone professionally.
  • Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
  • Capability to thrive under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledgeable in Excel functions.
  • Previous office experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Package

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Hourly rate paid at the national minimum wage.
  • 28 days holiday per year, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
  • Autoenrollment into the company pension scheme.
  • Full training provided.
