We offer customers thousands of popular movies and TV shows including Amazon Originals and exclusive licensed content to exciting live sports events.

We also offer our members the opportunity to subscribe to add-on channels which they can cancel at anytime and to rent or buy new release movies and TV box sets on the Prime Video Store.

We're seeking a dedicated, self-motivated Executive Assistant to support 2 of Prime Video's Directors (Subscriptions Product/Tech and Financial Systems).


This role requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams.

The role will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization to manage diaries, travel, expenses and coordination.

They key to success in this role is great attention to detail, good planning, efficient and effective responses and the ability to be flexible and keep composed under pressure.


Using your understanding business priorities, you will proactively anticipate needs, drive improvements to build capacity for the team and drive internal talent development programs.

A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical.

You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.

You will be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.

Key job responsibilities

  • Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
  • Manage domestic and international travel
  • Manage expense report coordination and submission
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, allhands meetings, offsites, and team social events)
  • Track and help drive completion of key program deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Further program management responsibilities to be built over time in collaboration with the Director and team
  • Act as a liaison for direct reports
  • Management of team space, including moves and reconfigurations
  • Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
  • Document writing and editing, for example meeting notes and reports
  • Plan morale and team building traditions and activities to engender a strong organizational and team culture.
A day in the life
L8 calendars tend to be extremely busy especially since they typically have organizations spanning multilke timezones. So your day typically starts with a review of the most recent changes and requests for meetings.

After some time on the job, you'll know which meetings to prioritize and which are optional so you can manage most of these requests selft-sustained.

At least once a week you sit down with the L8 and discuss necessary decisions for the next 1 or 2 weeks.

Then you manage planned travels and arrange for transportation and accommodation, plus make any re-schedules necessary due to travel.

About the team

The Prime Video Subscriptions Product & Tech organization is responsible for helping our customers discover, sign-up for, and manage all subscriptions on Prime Video, including Prime, 3rd party channels such as Paramount+ and Discovery+, and Amazon subscriptions such as Ligue 1 Football in France.

We have team members in London, Seattle, and Bangalore. We move fast, have a big impact for customers, and highly value having fun we'll we're doing it.


Prime Video Financial Systems (FinSys) calculates, accounts for and pays royalties to digital content, delivery, and local partners that we pay or are paid by to operate a digital streaming business.

We manage the onboarding of commercial contractual terms and account for revenue earned through these terms on purchases, rentals, channel subscriptions and a percentage of Prime subscriptions.
