It's the Social Media Executive's role to enhance our Facebook, Snapchat brands & creators platforms. Ensure video concepts are executed to the highest quality in line with the platform's demands, style and standards. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for sourcing, packaging, distributing and optimising content.

They are responsible for implementing a social media strategy across Facebook, Snapchat brands & creators platforms using insights and doing regular reporting to improve performance and meet revenue targets.

Big focus will be around sourcing content and adding relevant input to the platform team which contributes to the success of Facebook, Snapchat brands & creator platforms.

The Social Media Executive should have an understanding of viral themes, trending topics and competitor's videos to ensure all targets are met to the highest standards.

Additionally, they should also be comfortable and have the ability to communicate with creators regularly about any page, content or platform updates.

Source large quantities of videos that meet Facebook, Snapchat & creator platform demands
Package and distribute content to a professional quality that drives views and engagement & high average watch time
Ensure all content is in line with Facebook, Snapchat & creator platform demands
Produce reports about performance, key metrics, challenges and actions
Use analytics and creativity to continuously optimise and improve channel performance
Creative problem solving
Experience in generating organic growth on social media
The ability to source video content with the potential to go viral
An organised approach to multi-tasking and balancing multiple projects
An excellent understanding of social analytics, in particular, Facebook and Snapchat
Creative thinker
An interest in social and content
