Main Duties of the Job

The Central Services team leader role provides leadership for the Medical Secretaries, Care Coordinators, Social Prescribers, and other staff delivering a centralized service to Practices within the Division. This role goes beyond the conventional 9 am - 5 pm job and traditional typing-only secretariat role. The postholder will work with various referral portals to ensure accurate and relevant referrals, requiring innovation, flexibility, and commitment to complete tasks efficiently as part of the team.
