Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our team in Newmedica Norfolk.

This role will be
part-time,
16 or 24 hours per week, worked over 2 or 3 days per week, including weekends on a rota basis.


Our clinics are busy, so you will need to be able to work in a fast pace and changing environment.

Every day with us is different, so we are looking for someone with great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

What skills and experience do I need?

  • Experience of working in HR, dealing with routine HR queries and giving appropriate advice, would be desirable.
  • Exceptional administrator who can understand and deliver to high standards within a fastpaced working environment.
  • Professionallyminded with an objective view point and able to deal sensitively with matters whilst maintaining confidentiality.
  • Outstanding telephone manner and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn and ambition for continuous professional development.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable learning and using new IT systems.
  • A competent user of Office 365 programmes (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.).
