Role Overview:
As a Volunteer Form-Filling Adviser with Blossom Advice Project, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals who require assistance with completing essential forms, particularly those related to benefits such as PIP and DLA.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in handling personal information and client interactions.
- Offer empathetic support and encouragement to individuals throughout the formfilling process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and form submissions.
- Collaborate with other team members to address any challenges or concerns faced by clients.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing forms and documentation.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
- Willingness to undergo training and development as required.
