As we look to embark on a period of innovation and transformation in Finance here at Aviva, we are recruiting for a Finance change manager to join our GL close and Governance team.


A bit about the job:
This role is part of the UK&I GI Finance function that we have today.

The team is focussed on delivering change for UK&I GI Finance as a direct result of the UK&I GI change portfolio.

You'll be accountable for delivering assigned business change impacting Finance, specifically General

Ledger, Finance Data Hub for UK GI Ireland and HealthCare.

No key decision making required in the role but collaborative working, raising issues and concerns in timely manner and building strong stakeholder relations key.


Skills and experience we're looking for:
Proven track record of delivering change in a dynamic environment including exposure to Agile methods beneficial.

Customer focus and responding to the needs of our end customers.

Detailed knowledge of systems and data that can be transferred to finance environment.

Demonstrate ability to identify & implement process efficiencies and improvements.


Strong experience, either in a finance function or environment where business analysis skills are demonstrated including risk & control awareness.

Salary:
Circa £40,000
(location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

Bonus opportunity of 10% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's)
