Salary: 27k per annum

Stevenage

Hours: 8am to 4.30pm

Contract: 9 months fixed contract

Profile:


Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis on a 9-month contract.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and uses own initiative
  • Ability to manage own time effectively
  • Problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the HR records and accurate HR records
  • Overseeing full recruitment and onboarding experiences
  • Provide professional support and advise to Line Managers / complaints and employee relations issues
  • Organising company wide social events
  • Ensuring all absence information is logged onto the HR systems / fit notes / return to work
  • Overseeing probation reviews
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Line Managers with a good understanding of their work

Additional Information:

  • 20 days plus bank holidays
  • Pension
