We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Employee Relations team at MBDA. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance on employment matters, including complex case management, procedure development, and Trade Union activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employment matters, including complex case management and procedure development
- Develop and implement effective solutions to employee relations issues, including Trade Union activities and terms and conditions writing
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Trade Union Representatives and Company Ambassadors
- Coach and advise on innovative employee relations solutions, including people-related engagement activities and contract-related solutions
- Develop and implement resources to empower employees and managers, and support a positive employee relations climate
Requirements:
- Strong experience in employee relations, including complex case management and procedure development
- Knowledge of employment legislation and its application in a business context
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and mediation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Experience of working with Trade Unions, in a Unionized environment, and/or with Employee Representatives
