We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and is able to use these skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Our Customer Service Team work in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will thrive in this environment as they support the organisation with dealing with care enquiries, managing enquiries and booking visits for prospective care home residents and their loved ones.

The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) is one of the largest not-for-profit care providers in the UK, and we specialise in providing high quality, person-centred care for older people in our care homes and extra care housing nationwide.

Location : Eyre Court, Lincoln (hybrid working either in the office or from home)
Salary : £25, per annum
Hours of work : 37.5 hours per week (5 days out of 7 working rotating shifts between the hours of 8.30-5pm, pm & pm) 1 in 4 Saturdays between 08:30-5pm.
