We're looking for a talented Digital Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in our client's digital success.

In this analytical role, you'll:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various digital sources (web, social media, apps, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for improving website traffic, user engagement, and conversions.
  • Support A/B testing and other optimisation initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital analytics tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Has a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Can effectively communicate complex data findings to a non-technical audience.
  • Is a problem solver with the ability to identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
