Housing Officer / Lettings Officer

Your new company

Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer / Lettings Officer on a temporary basis to work in the Staffordshire area.

Please note this role is predominantly working from home as well as attending site meetings occasionally.

Your new role

Your new role will involve the day to day management of rented properties, you will be working closely with customers providing support and dealing with a range of generic housing duties such as: lettings, tenancy agreements, new sign ups, dealing with customerswith rent arrears and providing advice and support around this for the best outcome for the company, allocating properties etc.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for the role you must have proven experience in a similar position as a Housing Officer.


What you'll get in return
