Compensation: £362 Daily Rate Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Responsibilities:
- Lead BI change team operations
- Identify and communicate key changes across teams
- Plan and execute deployment strategies
- Collaborate with delivery teams to manage dependencies
- Develop and maintain deployment documentation and toolkits
- Identify and address deployment risks and issues
- Oversee change management activities
- Communicate effectively with Directorate Change Teams
- Attend and provide input in Transition/Deployment Board meetings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in change management methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project management skills: APMG, Waterfall, Agile
- Ability to handle resistance to change
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
