As an Inventory & Supply Lead, you will join the Materials team and report into the Materials Manager.

This role involves day to day responsibility for managing and reporting inventory at the Leicester site and working closely with the Sales and Operational Planning process to optimize inventory levels for customer demand.


Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the management of site inventory to optimize inventory levels and stockturn targets.
  • Improving inventory accuracy.
  • Supporting the planning team in achieving key performance measures.
  • Collaborating with other facilities and offices.
  • Conducting root cause analysis.
  • Leading improvement project activity.
