Legal Administrator

The role is a full-time, permanent position and you'll provide full administrative support and assistance.
The role would most suit a recent Law Graduate looking for an entry level position to gain experience in law.
There are very good prospects for career development and we seek to train and develop staff to move onto the next stage of their career within 12 months.
Key duties are:
- liaising effectively and appropriately with the client and introducer,
- dealing with routine correspondence and communications on each file,
- general administrative duties as required.
You will need:
- Previous office admin experience.
- It would be advantageous if you have worked in a law firm, particularly in conveyancing,
- It would be advantageous to have a law degree and be looking for an entry level role in a law firm environment.
- To be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel,
- The ability to work in a busy and demanding environment,
- Excellent communication skills,
- To be organised and have a professional approach to work.
- A strong commitment to client care, a willingness to learn and committed to providing a friendly and helpful service.
- To be a strong team player and also have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year
