Nature and Scope:

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Generation of business from current accounts and able to sign new clients
  • Able to independently arrange and hold briefings with clients to qualify roles
  • Closing of offers with support of senior and wider team
  • Continuing to develop your knowledge in your market and become a leading consultant within your patch
  • Adherence to GDPR data requirements
Development

  • Independently responsible for managing and developing client accounts with particular focus on the South African markets
  • You will be given guidance in how to manage your business activity, how to prioritise your daily tasks to ensure maximum productivity
  • You will be given existing accounts to manage and be responsible for business development and maintenance of the company's relationship within these clients (with particular focus on the newly launched South African markets)
  • You will be taught how to build a and maintain a receptive manager network in your specialist marketplace
  • You will learn how to convert business leads in new and existing clients and supported to sign account and open up PSL's
  • You will be involved in the training and support of new recruiters
  • You will have impact and involvement with the overall direction of the team
  • You will continue to receive support and training from senior members of the business to support your growth and development
  • You will be given exposure to the hiring of new recruiters into your team and taught how to interview

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Prior experience in IT recruitment, predominantly in C++ development
  • Fluent English and Afrikaans speaking for client relationship development
  • Full understanding of how C++ is used to develop trading systems, specifically within the buy side and proprietary trading market
  • Understanding of low level C++, their libraries and how they have an impact day to day on performance issues

Desirable:

  • Advanced IT and Technology Certifications via a recognised board/company
