About the Role
You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided.

You will be part of a supportive team, led by Production Shift Manager, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.

As a Production Team Operative your main tasks and duties will be:

  • Operate standard machinery at a basic level
  • full training provided.
  • Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any nonconformances.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure site is always auditready.
  • Contribute to meeting team and companywide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

Salary and Benefits


You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.23, in addition to shift allowance, which as an annual salary is £28, Your shift pattern will be (3on3off rotating days and nights).

In addition, you will have 2 x your annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund and free on-site car parking.
