IT Excellence Manager at Osborne Clarke

This is a full-time position located in our Bristol or London office, with a mix of remote and in-office work available. As the IT Excellence Manager, you will work closely with other teams to implement best practices, drive efficiencies, manage risks, and promote overall improvement within the IT department.

  • Lead the development and ownership of comprehensive strategies and roadmaps for IT
  • Implement effective internal communication methods and create materials for various platforms
  • Oversee reporting KPIs and service levels
  • Collaborate on budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
  • Work on talent management, recruitment, and succession planning
  • Take charge of non-technology projects and service requests

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities
