Bury St, Suffolk, United Kingdom Mabbs Hall Care Home Full time

Mabbs Hall Care Home is situated in the centre of Mildenhall, so it's easy to get to and has strong links with the community.

We provide nursing care for 29 residents, and they are supported by our skilled and dedicated teams to have maximum choice and control of their lives in the least restrictive way possible.

Role:

To keep our friendly home running smoothly, we are seeking a bank carer, with experience of working in a care home, to join our team.

We need warm-hearted, enthusiastic and committed individuals to help us deliver the type of care you'd want your own relatives to have.

This is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, so the hours and days you work will vary.

Experience is valuable, but not essential.

We are looking for genuine, caring and hard-working people who really want to make a positive difference to the lives of our residents.

We will provide you with the support and training you need, including induction, the Care Certificate and ongoing development.

With a flexible and dynamic approach to providing person centred care, you'll be working with our lovely teams to ensure the lives of our residents are happy, healthy and comfortable.

Your role will be to ensure the general well-being of our residents, promoting their independence, choice and dignity by delivering the highest standards of care.

You will help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing, supporting people who need help at meal times, and by taking part in social activities with residents, both individually and as part of a group.
