### Job Title: Support Worker

#### Job Summary

Gap Healthcare is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy, and complex needs.

* Support service users with accessing the community, personal care, and independence skills development
* Assist with identifying and attending social and leisure activities
