You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we will teach you everything you need to know with our industry leading training.
Care Assistants pay rates (inclusive of holiday pay):
- Day Time £13.4
- Evening £14.0
- Weekends £15.1
- Bank Holidays £20.1
- Mileage allowance 35p/Mile
Benefits:

- We do a minimum of 1hour calls (95%)
- This means more care time with our lovely clients and you earn 1hour's pay with 1 client as opposed to many clients.
- Sufficient travel time between clients calculated by google maps
- Excellent Care Assistant training programme including a new carer training programme for persons who are brand new to care.

Duties will include:
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Moving and Handling.
- Shopping
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings
Requirements of a Care Assistant:
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
