You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we will teach you everything you need to know with our industry leading training.


Care Assistants pay rates (inclusive of holiday pay):

  • Day Time £13.4
  • Evening £14.0
  • Weekends £15.1
  • Bank Holidays £20.1
  • Mileage allowance 35p/Mile

  • We do a minimum of 1hour calls (95%)
  • This means more care time with our lovely clients and you earn 1hour's pay with 1 client as opposed to many clients.

Duties will include:

  • Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
  • Personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
  • Moving and Handling.
  • Shopping
  • Housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
  • Have a genuine passion to want to help others
  • Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
