We are seeking an experienced Care Manager looking for a new challenge who wants to progress and work for a quickly growing care company based near Oxford. This role will be to manage a successful homecare service in the area.

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the delivery of homecare services
  • Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations
  • Managing staff and resources effectively
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
  • Conducting risk assessments
  • Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Assessments, supervisions, and overall management of the care teams
  • Following policies and procedures

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for the Care Manager position should have:

  • Experience in a leadership role, either as a Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong character and be a good communicator
  • A hands-on approach
  • Good commercial knowledge
  • Be a passionate leader
