Would you like to work with a leading manufacturing company in Gillingham as their Technical Centre Manager? This role will make you a crucial part of the management team and Production Engineering department.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with other functions on-site to ensure products and systems meet cost, performance, and quality standards for a successful product launch. Your focus will include driving continuous improvement, team efficiencies, and goal achievement.
One of your key responsibilities will be fostering an environmental culture while upholding ISO14001 and IATF 16949 standards. You'll also lead team development, succession planning, and project delivery within budget.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering or manufacturing
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in leading diverse teams to ensure project success
- Knowledge of fuel injection systems, IC engines, and applications
