Our client based in Woking are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to provide and manage all admin functions and support the day to day running of the business.

This is 14- months maternity cover position.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Raise and issue shipping documents such as Commercial invoice, packing list and Insurance certificate as well as Chamber certified documents such as Certificate of Origin working closely with nominated freight agent.
  • Create new job files for purchase orders etc.
  • Issue and send out Proforma Invoices, Sales Invoices, and Credit Notes

WHAT THEY WILL NEED FROM YOU:

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Be able to priorities tasks.
  • Be proficient in MS Excel and word as well as Sage 200

WHAT WILL YOU GAIN:

  • Salary up to £33,500 per annum
  • Free parking
  • Training provided.
