Are you a seasoned Business Travel Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity? Look no further We are a global Business Travel company in search of talented individuals to join our expanding out of hours team. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to clients via phone and email for new and existing reservations, ensuring a superior level of service.
**Business Travel Consultant Details:**
- Work Schedule: 4 Mornings (5am-9am) and 1 Weekend day (7am-7pm) totaling 27hrs per week
- Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
- Salary: £27,843 annually
- Holiday Allowance: 30 days (6 weekends and 24 weekdays)
- Pension Scheme included
**Business Travel Consultants Responsibilities:**
- Manage a portfolio of clients and accounts with a focus on offline/email bookings
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
- Generate various quotations for clients without bias towards any airline/supplier using Amadeus
- Handle emergency calls and client issues promptly
- Collaborate with Ticketing and Finance departments to ensure seamless reservations/ticketing
- Achieve and surpass personal objectives aligned with company KPIs and SLAs
**Essential Skills for Business Travel Consultants:**
- Prior experience in Business Travel, preferably with Out of Hours exposure
- Knowledge of Amadeus system is advantageous
- Ability to work 4 weekday shifts from 5 am to 9 am and 1 weekend 12-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm
