About the RoleThis is a highly skilled team of Business Travel Consultants located from home. You will be joining us as a Business Travel expert with strong knowledge and experience of Galileo, and you will be booking Domestic & International travel requirements, arranging both routine and complex travel for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodation.
Key Responsibilities- Booking and managing complex travel itineraries, encompassing air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations using GDS systems such as Galileo.
- Providing tailored travel solutions to clients, ensuring cost-effectiveness and convenience.
- Handling client inquiries, offering expert advice, and resolving any travel-related issues swiftly.
- Continuously updating your knowledge of fare structures, travel regulations, and destination information to offer the best service.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to exceed service levels and meet performance targets.
- Previous 1 year working as a Business Travel Consultant at a TMC.
- Experience of working in a target performance environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel – creating and maintaining documents.
