We are looking for an experienced Customer Solutions Relationship Director, someone who thrives on challenge and working in a constantly changing and evolving environment.
You will own the relationship of the suppliers and partners for Customer Solutions, be responsible for delivering the Partner Charter and developing the Customer Value Proposition.Also leading a national sales team to increase share of customer wallet and enhancing margin and be personally accountable for the revenue performance of the Customer Solutions business.
You will report into the Customer Solutions Director of Customer Solutions and work closely with internal Directors and external customers and suppliers across all areas to continually review our Products and Services to enhance growth. Continue to support the depot network and group businesses including supply chain and the commercial team.

- Highly experienced sales driven individual with involvement in managing regional sales teams.

What youll need:
- Demonstrable track record of achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to motivate others.
- Proven at managing delivery of sales growth targets.
- Proven experience of successfully managing large scale accounts
- Responsible for contributing to the shaping and implementation of strategy to develop and grow revenue across all account streams, service lines and categories.
- Proven and demonstrable experience of leading a Sales team in a structured environment to achieve targets.
- MCIPS -3 years procurement and supply experience plus evidence of achievement of the following CIPS qualifications
