International Customer Experience Advisor

To continue to strengthen our international presence we are searching for a French and German speaking International Customer Experience Advisor who will be responsible for supporting new and existing international partners in Europe by acting as a first point of contact and delivering a world-class customer service.


Every day you'll use your language skills to make a real difference to a lot of people by:

  • Managing and resolving customer service requests and partner queries both promptly and professionally to agreed KPI's.
  • Informing and advising partners and customers of any order delays that may occur
  • Completing all elements related to the order process, for customers and commercial accounts
  • Creating orders for new and existing partners and liaising with the Distribution team to ensure timely and costeffective deliveries
  • Acting as a focal contact for International partners and other HQ departments including liaising with the Distribution team
  • Assisting with customer enquiries and web orders for international ecommerce
