Production Operator.

You will make sure that production is always completed to the highest standards while maintaining a safe, tidy and organised work environment.

You will set production according to customer requirements, ensuring a timely and efficient set up as per SMED principles while keeping process scrap to a minimum.

You will be aware of the need to minimise downtime between changeovers, optimise throughput and improve productivity.

At the end of the production process, you will ensure product is packaged within specification to enable safe loading for delivery to the customer.


Full training will be provided.

You are able to follow procedures, complete tasks accurately and consider your actions carefully, yet there remains an urgency to do something.

You expect a lot of yourself and can be analytical in problem solving.
