We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our fast-paced team and contribute to the efficient production and packing of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are produced and packed to the highest quality standards, meeting customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack bakery products against customer orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in the smooth operation of the production line by contributing to various tasks and activities within the bakery.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic working environment by adhering to company protocols and procedures.
- Complete paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Pack products efficiently and correctly label them in accordance with packing specifications.
- Report any quality issues, machinery problems, or non-conformances to the team leader or supervisor promptly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless teamwork.
- Follow and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, preferably in the food industry. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
