As an Operations Manager at Places Leisure, you will play a key role in achieving our objectives by leading the Operations Team and supporting the General Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining a high-profile shop floor presence, interacting with staff and customers, and responding efficiently to concerns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, a Pool Plant Operators Certificate, and First Aid Qualification. Previous management experience is essential, and you will be able to deputise for the General Manager in their absence.
