As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in achieving their objectives by leading the Operations Team, including Duty Managers. You'll deputise for the General Manager in their absence and ensure the effective day-to-day running of the leisure centre is of an exceptional standard.

This will include maintaining a high-profile shop floor presence, interacting with staff and customers, and responding efficiently to all staff and customer concerns. You'll also feed back key information to the General Manager.

Key skills for this role include:

  • Comprehension of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
  • Poll Plant Operators Certificate
  • First Aid Qualification or equivalent
  • Management experience
