The Role:
Financial Services Administrator
Location:
Huddersfield (Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office)
We are looking for an Administrator who enjoys liaising with clients and working in a busy office environment, to join the Review Services team within Sandringham Financial Partners.
Review Services is a key team within the business contributing to the service that allows us to be a market leading national financial advice firm.

Recently acquired by M&G plc, everything we do is designed to deliver the best outcomes for our Advising Partners and their personal or corporate clients.
All of our Advising Partners across the UK are professionally qualified to provide expert financial advice on investments, pensions, mortgages, protection and estate planning.
Our advisers are supported by the head office team in Huddersfield, who provide a wide array of support services including the review services support, paraplanning, training and IT, allowing the Advising Partners to focus their time with their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating bespoke review packs for clients on behalf of our network of financial advisers by:
- Collating information on client's investments and pensions directly from providers via phone and online facilities.
- Assessing the clients plans suitability for their needs and objectives
- Liaising directly with financial advisers
- Use of Word and Excel to complete administrative tasks
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Educated to at least A Level standard or equivalent (BTEC, level 3 NVQ etc)
- Experience in administration and a busy office environment
- Able to work in a team and alone to meet goals
- Confident in using your own initiative as well as work from the instruction of others
- The ability to be flexible in responding to the needs of the business
- Proficient in IT
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
- Confident on the phone and face to face
- Strong communicator across various media and levels of seniority within the business
- As you progress within the team you will be given the opportunity to take on further responsibilities and tasks such as;
- Checking the work of others to assure and maintain the quality of the review pack_
- Full exam support is also given for staff completing diplomas in Financial Advice and we have a strong record of promoting staff within the business to advance their career within Financial Services.
