We are looking to recruit an experienced
Service Administrator to join the staff team.

At Kirklees Young Carers we support children and young people in Kirklees who are caring for someone due to an illness, disability or impairment, we helpthem to deal with the impacts they can face due to their caring role.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an office base
  • Manging a client record data base
  • Inputting information such as absences and timesheets
  • The ability to communicate effectivey with a wide range of stakeholders including children, young people and families
  • Processing referrals received by the service
  • Maintaining a petty cash account & processing Invoices
  • Administrative support to managers and project staff
  • Ensuring confidentiality requirements are manged appropriately
  • Supporting the service manager with statistical reports
Applicants must be able to work on their own initiative.

This is a busy role which will require you to have a flexible approach and the ability to prioritise tasks, be proactive and solution focused.
