We have an unique opportunity for a Deputy Head of Healthcare to join our team at HMP Gartree, a category B Prison located in Market Harborough.

This role is brand new to the prison site and will be an exciting chance to help support and build on the current strong management team.

Hours

This role is full time working hours per week. The hours are 8am to 4pm. Monday to Friday but there will be the requirement to work some weekends on an adhoc basis.

Salary

Youll receive an annual salary up to £51,000 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job

As a Deputy Head of Healthcare, your responsibilities will vary. You will

deputise for the Head of Healthcare in all aspects of their role be responsible in partnership with the Head of Healthcare for the effective day-to-day operational management of all clinical services across the prisons support the management of all service level agreements, ensuring performance-monitoring standards are adhered to and the highest standards of care are maintained.
