Internal Business Development Manager

- Knowledge of underwriting and risk management principles
- Awareness of profitable business with the broker channel

- ACII qualification or equivalent – advantageous
Responsibilities:
As the Internal Business Development Manager in our Bolton branch, you will oversee a panel of brokers aligned with the National Trading Centre (NTC). You will be the primary point of contact for broker relationships within the NTC. Your role will involve conducting regular reviews of broker strategic development plans, collaborating closely with senior managers and the Regional Manager to achieve objectives. The focus will be on maximizing income and revenue, emphasizing profitable growth. Kindly note that internally, this position is referred to as the Senior Internal Business Development Manager.
