The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Coordination of all retail interviews internally and with concession partners
  • Reviewing and shortlisting MUA applications across all stores and across multiple jobs sites
  • Managing advertisements and role administration within our ATS - Workable
  • Phone screening and interviewing candidates for Retail including but not limited to Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists
  • Offer liaison and drafting retail employment contracts
  • Agency worker contracts and administration - organising and tracking temporary workers between suppliers managers
  • Supporting and organising group assessment interview days
  • Onboarding admin - organising swag bags, updating People trackers and coordinating with training teams and store onboarding plans
  • Monthly reporting on key talent metrics
  • Looking after general enquiries to the retail talent email inbox

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Previous experience within an internal Talent Acquisition function
  • Experience in a fast paced, scaling environment
  • Experience recruiting within a Retail, FMCG or Beauty company desirable
  • Understanding and experience of using an ATS, preferably Workable
  • Solutions-led approach with a positive 'can-do' mindset
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
