To share with other staff in meeting the personal care needs of clients in a way that respects the dignity of individuals and promote independence.

To help in the care of the care users physical environment and in general day-to-day activities of the home.

To take delegated responsibilities in the charge of the care users under your care, to the appropriate level.

Take part in staff meetings and training activities as required.

The applicant must have good communication skills.

Be caring and have patients.
