As our Marketing Executive for Group Loyalty you'll support the ongoing delivery and development of our loyalty initiatives across the Group.
In this role you'll be a key member of our Group Marketing Team, reporting to the Group Loyalty Manager, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our loyalty program aligns with the overall Halfords vision and customer loyalty strategy, driving profitable outcomes across key customer metrics.
This is a great opportunity to support the delivery and development of our Group Motoring club proposition and other lifetime value initiatives.
By participating in cross-functional meetings, you will contribute to the design, testing, and program delivery workstreams, helping create compelling propositions for the FY24 Motoring Club.
Working alongside the Group Loyalty Managers, you will facilitate and deliver cross-functional projects that drive loyalty targets and shape our future roadmap in the loyalty space
Your passion for loyalty will shine through as you champion loyalty in the business and act as the conduit for embedding loyalty culturally into our organization.
With relentless focus on the customer, you will continually assess and improve the multi-channel loyalty customer journey, maximizing their share of purchase and lifetime value.
Your role will also involve providing support in the speedy resolution of operational reporting queries and administrative assistance in project management, ensuring the successful launch of key initiatives.
Monitoring and reporting on member engagement, benefit redemption, and financial and operations performance, you will provide valuable insights to the wider loyalty team, enabling informed business decisions.
By staying informed about external best practices and loyalty activities, you will inspire our loyalty program to remain current and relevant to our valued members.
You will also support the delivery of consistent, timely, and relevant communications to our retail and Garage Operational colleagues, promoting ongoing engagement and awareness of the benefits of loyalty.
