We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our team at MSA Data Analytics Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and steer marketing activity across the UK and EU, working closely with our commercial, sales, and new business development teams.
The scope of this role is broad, covering marketing communications, campaign delivery and analysis, brand awareness, customer engagement, and social media. As a Marketing Executive, you will work in collaboration with our Head of Marketing to deliver, manage, and evaluate multichannel marketing campaigns, using various tools and techniques to measure and analyze campaign results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Marketing and business leads to deliver, manage, and evaluate multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with sales and commercial teams to feedback on campaign performance and provide recommendations for future growth opportunities.
- Support local and national marketing initiatives, working closely with branch stakeholders.
- Create and send internal monthly marketing communications and optimize engagement on our intranet.
- Conduct and evaluate market and competitor research.
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all online and offline channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including CRM suppliers and data providers.
- Manage marketing queries and support regional executives with tailored marketing plans.
- Present and promote marketing campaigns and initiatives with internal stakeholders face-to-face and online.
- Attend and promote our company brand at relevant UK and EU industry events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a full-time employed B2B marketing role.
- Relevant degree qualification or professional industry-recognized marketing accreditation.
- Previous regular use of marketing campaign management or email marketing tools and website CMS is desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of the core principles of marketing.
- High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Clear and confident communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent people skills with the ability to quickly form relationships and rapport.
- Self-starter who can manage their own time, prioritize projects, and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Hands-on knowledge of using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation systems as part of a plan to achieve commercial targets.
- Valid UK driving license is essential.
