We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Green Shoots Recruitment. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing departments, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing digital and marketing activities to support our global luxury brand in the hair and beauty sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media strategies, product launches, and email marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media channels, including salons, professionals, and the global distributor network.
- Manage the online content library portal for our salon and distributor network, ensuring seamless access to marketing materials.
- Support the development and implementation of email marketing strategies for trade partners, including creating compelling email campaigns and managing email lists.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to develop precise and performance-driven design briefs.
- Proactively engage in community management, responding to social queries and ensuring timely responses within agreed service level agreements.
- Manage and respond to inbound messages on social channels, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Support the organization and management of training and event calendars, ensuring all necessary assets are prepared and available for events.
- Assist with the creation of training materials for the salon network, including developing engaging content and presentations.
- Collaborate with sales teams on ad-hoc projects, providing marketing support and expertise.
Requirements and Key Attributes:
- At least 12 months of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Ability to work in an office environment, with regular meetings and collaboration with the team.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and social media advertising, with a focus on the beauty industry.
- Excellent creative writing skills, particularly for social media and email newsletters.
- Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
- Basic photo editing skills and knowledge of web design principles.
- Demonstrates best practice in managing communications and quality standards.
- Promotes a positive, professional image in the office and with clients and contacts.
- Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
