Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Green Shoots Recruitment. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales and Marketing departments in developing and implementing digital and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media strategies, NPD, and marketing activities.
  2. Contribute ideas and concepts for social media strategies, NPD, and marketing campaigns.
  3. Create precise, performance-driven design briefs for the content creation team.
  4. Develop and implement social media activities for salons, professionals, and the global distributor network.
  5. Manage the online content library portal for our salon and distributor network.
  6. Support the development and implementation of the email marketing strategy for trade partners.
  7. Assist with the creation of training materials for the salon network.
  8. Support sales with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements & Key Attributes:

  1. At least 12 months relevant work experience in a similar role.
  2. Ability to come into our office for regular meetings.
  3. Knowledgeable in social media and social media advertising.
  4. Marketing/Digital knowledge in the beauty industry is a plus.
  5. Excellent creative writing skills, particularly for social media and email newsletters.
  6. Knowledge of the Web, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  7. Intermediate experience with Adobe packages (Photoshop & InDesign).
  8. Knowledge of basic photo editing skills would be a bonus.
  9. Demonstrates best practice in managing communications and quality standards.
  10. Promotes a positive, professional image in the office, and out with clients and contacts.
  11. Passion for the Beauty/Cosmetics Industry.
