This part time role working week is Monday, Wednesday and Friday hours, total 27 hours a week plus working 1 in 4 Saturdays hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Undertake telephone and face to face sales, liaise internally and externally to organise and coordinate activities in order to meet the customers' needs.
  • Processing invoices, inputting data accurately and other sales administrative duties.
  • Oversee sales enquiries using appropriate methods, ensuring suitable records are maintained and enquiries are 'followedup' where appropriate.
  • Maximise sales opportunities for related products and cross selling/upselling.
  • Liaise with all staff in terms of customer issues relating to service and/or products.
  • Liaise with all staff to ensure that any/all despatch, order processing, and loading activities undertaken are done so to meet agreed standards and follow agreed procedures and processes.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy files.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
  • Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

To become our Customer Service Executive, you must have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Must be PC literate.
  • A polite, professional attitude and demeanour.
  • Ability to prioritise and to work individually or within a team.
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload.
  • Must have customer service inbound/outbound calls and face to face experience.
  • Must have attention to detail and be highly organised.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and processing and collecting data.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be selfmotivated with a can do attitude and have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems at source.
  • Must possess excellent organisation skills and good time management.
  • Must be selfdriven genuine with a positive attitude and clear focus.
  • Must be sufficiently mobile and flexible to work beyond the call of duty to achieve results.
  • Sales background advantageous.
