Detailed job description and main responsibilities:

We want to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor to join and take ownership of our HR helpline and developing the service through driving customer focused service and analysing information generated through the helpline.

The role is responsible for 4 Employee Relations Officers.


Based at Hellesdon Hospital in Norwich the newly appointed Employee Advisor will take on a day to day supervisory role as part of the HR helpline.


The HR helpline is the first point of call for our 4,000 multidisciplinary teams for HR advice, including complex payroll and pension queries, sickness, performance management, probation and conduct concerns, flexible working, and policy advice.

We strive to provide excellent customer service, to deal with issues as quickly and effectively as possible or to liaise with our experienced ER Consultants and HR Business Partnering team for the more complex cases.

Qualification:

Essential criteria:

  • Part CIPD qualified or working towards Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development with equivalent level knowledge and experience
