PTW International is searching for a skilled professional to lead the Community Management department. As the Global Head of Community - Player Support, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy and operations to enhance the experience of our worldwide client base and internal projects. Collaborating with top players in the gaming industry, you'll have the chance to influence how gamers engage with popular titles globally.

In this position, you will oversee the development, execution, and enhancement of our community and social media practices to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse team of Community Managers, Social Media Managers, and Moderators across various gaming genres.

You should be a passionate and tech-savvy leader with a deep understanding of the role communities play in the gaming sector. We seek an individual with substantial experience in managing global teams and communities to enrich our current services.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Set up effective community teams and strategies to meet clients' gaming requirements
  • Define and monitor KPIs for assessing progress and performance
  • Collaborate with the PTW Community department to propose innovative solutions that enhance player experiences
  • Provide insights to Sales and Marketing teams on proposals

Community Management

  • Establish a Centre of Excellence for community management
  • Coach Community Managers to develop engaging gaming communities
  • Implement content creation processes to support client needs
  • Analyze community and content performance regularly
  • Develop moderation best practices in coordination with Community Managers
  • Conduct assessments and benchmarking
  • Create compelling case studies for Sales and Marketing

Management

  • Lead multiple teams of up to 10-15 members
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and B2B clients
  • Deliver performance reports and updates
  • Contribute to strategic planning
  • Mentor team members and establish growth targets
  • Requirements:
    • 5-8 years of experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry
    • 3+ years of team management experience
    • Proficiency in community and social media analytics
    • Proven track record of building thriving communities
    • Familiarity with game genres and player personas
    • Experience in Outsourcing/BPO is a plus
