To perform and share the role of Assistant Service Co-Ordinator within the Main office environment, ensuring all aspects of administration are completed in line with Company requirements.

hours from Monday - Friday.

Duties:

  • Assisting with the day to day running of the service desk & office
  • Answering the telephone
  • Customer liaison
  • Data Entry
  • Keeping customer & supplier files up to date

Skills/Qualifications:

  • IT / Microsoft skills essential particularly Word & Excel
  • Excellent Telephone manner
  • Hands on can do approach to work
  • Supportive team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure
  • Punctual, reliable & flexible
  • Knowledge of Vantage Online & Sage Line 50 and working accounting preferences ideal but not essential
